1)Should a defense attorney work for a client he believes to be guilty?

i dont think that a defense attorney should work for a client he believes to be guilty becuase if you win the case and the person really is guilty he could do harm to the community.

2)Should a secretary keep quiet about a supervisor who adds personal expenses to business-expense reimbursement claims?

the ideal thing to do is to come foward and tell someone but if they want to keep thier jobs they shouldn't say anything.

3)Should an accountant sign a client's tax return when he knows the return contains false information?

no an accountant shouldnt sign a client's tax return when he or she knows that the return contains false information.

4)Should a salesperson push an inferior product just to make a quota?

No, a salesperson should push an inferior product just to make a quota thats wrong.
